NYSDOT lists the 2010 supplement, effective March 16, 2011, for continued use subject to its interim guidance while a replacement goes through rulemaking. The 2026 supplement is labeled draft. Read the current supplement together with the current federal manual and NYSDOT interim guidance; their section numbering differs.
