NCDOT’s current traffic-safety manuals page links to FHWA for the MUTCD. Its September 2024 TODS manual describes a proposed 2023 North Carolina supplement chapter as not yet available as of August 2024. That older planning statement is not evidence of a subsequently adopted supplement. A newer adopted state supplement was not confirmed in this publication check.
