SCDOT’s Engineering Directive ED-19, revision 3, adopts the federal 11th Edition effective January 1, 2026. Some older agency pages and supplement links still refer to the 2009 edition. Read those historical references in light of the adoption directive; they are not evidence that the 2009 federal edition remains current.
